Q: How do I get the Preva Mobile application?
A: You can download the application from the iTunes App Store. Currently, we support the iPhone 3GS running iOS version 5, and newer iPhone and iOS releases. Preva Mobile is not currently available for Android, but Precor is investigating an Android version for a future release.
Q: Can I still create a Preva account after I've already started my workout?
A: Yes, go ahead and finish your workout and you'll have the opportunity to choose "Save Workout". Choosing "Save" will open the sign-in screen, and allows you the same options to create a Preva account.
Q: I created a Preva account on a Precor treadmill but now I want to use a Precor elliptical, can I use the same account?
A: Yes, once your account has been created you can access it on any networked Precor 880 cardio line fitness equipment.
Q: I will be traveling to a different city, will I be able to access my Preva account?
A: You can access your Preva account on any networked Precor 880 cardio line fitness equipment.
Q: I can't remember my password. How can I access my account?
A: Sign-in with your email as you would normally. On the password screen, touch "forgot password" on the bottom center of the screen, and reset instructions will be sent to your email address.
Q: How do I save and replay a workout?
A: At the end of your workout, on the summary screen touch the "save workout" button on the bottom left of the screen. After saving your workout, it will now be available to you upon signing back in under "favorites".
